Autumn! releases new addition to a flurry of Summer singles ahead of “You Never Was Mine!” album release
If you haven’t listened to Autumn! yet, now may be a great time to start. I recently came across the Pluggnb artist when searching for some new Rap to listen to. I enjoyed the balance between chilled-out Plugg music and Trap in his discography. “F My Wrist” is on the more chill side, with some 8-bit style instruments comprising the instrumental, and Autumn’s wavy, melodic flow carrying the track through.
The fact that he waited until almost a minute into the track to bring the drums in was also a nice touch to add some variation, heavily reminiscent of Playboi Carti’s “Shoota” (maybe this is where he got the idea from?). To conclude, I really enjoyed this single and I’m excited to hear the rest of the album when it releases (out now)!
