Liquor Sto’ Run

Liquor Sto' Run is a claymation skit where Lil Kawaii goes into a liquor store to buy some alcohol and has a strange encounter with the clerk. This one was super fun and challenging to make. It took a lot of trying new things out and learning as I went. For example, this was the first time that I tried doing lip-sync, and it proved to be a very involved and rewarding process. Additionally, this was the most complex set design that I have done, putting more time and effort into it. I also used two cameras in this one, which I have never done for one of my claymations before. Lastly, I used a more dynamic lighting setup for this one as well. All of these elements made it take a long time, but in my opinion, greatly boosted the overall production level. I am very thrilled with how this came out, and it was a lot of fun to make.
