“12 Degrees” is a funky, catchy R&B track from DONNY JAMES (also known as Te' the Kid). It features a beat that is upbeat and groovy, with smooth synths and popping drums, as well as both sweet lyrics and fresh bars, both of which deliver a cool love story through the lyrics. The video accentuates the funk by delivering stellar performances from the artist in a very chill setting. This one was so much fun to make, and it was so effortless. He came to my house and we set everything up, then we got the takes in like an hour or less, and they were all perfect except for one slight mistake where we had to retake the shot. My cat kept on getting in the way and it was really funny. Once we finished filming, we went to get food, and then got to work on the editing. We stayed up the entire night, but we managed to finish the video completely in about 8 hours, despite some minor fixes that were needed. It was a super fun and memorable night, as we were just chilling and having fun, so naturally, the creativity flowed and we got the work in, and I am very happy with how this one turned out.
